2009
Epic Advertising exhibits unprecedented growth worldwide, with added personnel to keep up with advertiser demand and company performance. Epic’s Marketing Team wins a "Stevie Award" for Marketing Team of the Year by the American Business Awards, and the company is recognized by the Rebrand 100 as the top 100 most effective corporate rebranding efforts in the world.

2008
A corporate re-branding is completed in April and the company changes its name to Epic Advertising. The name AzoogleAds is retained as the performance advertising network division of the new parent brand. Epic Advertising racks up industry accolades, being named an AlwaysOn Global Top 250 company, as well as an Inc. 5000 fastest-growing company. A London office is opened.

2007
The company surpasses $100 million in core revenues for the first time. A San Francisco office is opened.

2006
Rapid business expansion continues. Headquarters is moved from Markham to New York City.

2005
Private equity firms TA Associates and Stripes Group become investors in the company, providing valuable support and strategic expertise. It was in 2005 that the company's current CEO, Don Mathis, was hired.

2001-2004
Headquartered in Markham, Ontario, the company experienced several years of "hyper-growth" as it continued to expand its roster of advertisers and publishers.

2000
The company, then named AzoogleAds, was born just outside of Toronto, Ontario, Canada by co-founders Joe Speiser and Alex Zhardanovsky. Their goal was to build a marketing company that delivered quantifiable online advertising results and revenues for their advertising and publishing partners, and be able to accommodate a variety of marketing channels and delivery methods to achieve their partner's goals.
